EASY WEIGHT LOSE IN JUST A FEW DAYS WITHOUT ANY EXERCISE:
                             It is very difficult for some people to lose weight with exercise because they are busy in daily life routine and have nearly no time for exercise. But they are worried about weight. So, here is a technique to lose weight without any exercise or without starvation in just a few days.
INTAKE OF PROTEIN:
There are many fat sources which we use in our daily life like olive oil, butter, avocado oil and coconut oil. Cook food in coconut oil because it contains medium chain triglycerides(fat) which boost the metabolism.



Always eat healthy food and you should take a protein source include in your meal. Meat, eggs, fish, and seafood contains protein. Protein is essential to our body because it boosts the metabolism, reduce obsessive thoughts for late night snacking. Protein is also called as the king of nutrients.
LOWERING USE OF SUGAR:
             Sugar contains a large number of calories which are harmful to our body. Because there is a hormone called insulin is the fat storage hormone in human’s body. When these calories go down in large amount then our body starts burning fat instead of these calories. This is the major cause of weight gain.
EAT VEGETABLES:
          Always eat low-carb vegetables. Because vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, and nutrients, high in fiber, low in carb and low in calories. Some vegetables have antioxidants which reduce the risk of cancer and reduce inflammation. Low carb vegetables include

EAT SPICY FOOD:
              Spicy food increases metabolism and helps you in burning fat of body faster than you think. I am not saying that full your stomach every day with a hot and spicy food. Just take it once in a while because it will be able to lose weight  faster than anything other.
EXCESS USE OF WATER:
                Use an excess amount of water in daily routine. It is good for your stomach, kidneys , for the glow of skin, removes dark circles around your eyes. Use 4-6  glass of water in winter and 14-16 glass in summer. Always use fresh juices.

DRINK COFFEE AND GREEN TEA:
               Drink  coffee and green tea on daily basis, two to three cups of anyone. It helps to fast your metabolism. Green tea helps in reducing weight.
USE OF FRUITS:
            Use the excess amount of fruits. They are very important for your body. Different fruits contain different vitamins and nutrient which gives energy to your body.
